All over good experience
WE WERE A GROUP OF 11 SENIOR CITIZENS AND BOOKED 7 DAYS KERALA PACKAGE WITH BREAKFAST AND DINNER INCLUSION. THE HOTELS WERE VERY GOOD AND SO ALSO THE FOOD. WE FACED ISUUE OF LANGUAGE WITH THE TEMPO DRIVER ON FIRST DAY; BUT THE MOMENT THE ISSUE WAS REPORTED TO MISS NAAZ, SHE ARRANGED FOR ANOTHER DRIVER/VEHICLE THE NEXT DAY. HE WAS HAVING FLUENCY IN ENGLISH AS WELL AS HINDI AND WAS ALMOST OUR GUIDE TOO AT DIFFERENT PLACES - VERY CHARMING AND HELPFUL GUY. DURING OUR ENTIRE TROU, I COULD FEED THAT THERE WAS MICROSCOPIC OBSERVATION OF MISS NAAZ FROM DELHI. this trip planner and this tour planner were absolutely fantastic. we spent 3 days in Bankok , 3 days in Chang Mai,and 5 days in koh samui. we had a guide pick up from hotel every morning to take us on excursion .Everything was amazing .
